How to Remove Bad Reviews from Google

To be honest - I wouldn't want to 'remove' bad comments, just make work on your current customer base to leave good feedback, Personally if it was me I would want to keep both good and bad - because at the end of the day people want to see the REAL you, not just the good if that makes sense?

 

Keep Your Customer Happy. Suppose If Any Client/ Customer has given bad reviews, Ask him/her for where is improvement required in your Business/ Services. Then after trying to remove your drawbacks. & Also request to the Client/ Customer for edit thier Review.

 

It's impossible. But you can provide good service for good review. Then you can balance bad review.

 

You can always flag the bad reviews but sometimes Google will still not delete them. If they refuse to delete it, then you can always choose a company that offers to delete bad reviews, like DTopp.

Open Google Maps and Search for your business location.
Click to view all of your business reviews. ...
Click the three dots in the top right corner of the review you wish to remove and select “Flag as inappropriate”
Fill out the 'Report a Policy Violation' form and submit.

 

I dont think google will allow you to delete bad reviews because its public related and google show this types of information independently. You can contact customer only to know reason that why they submit bad review for your services or company.

This is also known as Reputation Management Work, So to balance your negative need few more positive. You need to improve your services and satisfied more clients so if they review good for your business or services then bad reviews will overlap automatically. In online business you can not get 100% good review always because all people have his own thought ..... And many times i see that people say that your services are number number one (1) and so he express his best by give us 1 star We can not handle these types of things ...... we can manage only.

 

I do not think one can remove such bad reviews.

A way you remove bad reviews from your google profile the only way is you report all bad reviews from different different accounts google knows that is violated and google remove this bad reviews.

 

Is it possible? Google know very well that you are clicking from where and only for bad review if he will get clicks then anyone can understand what you are looking ...... Google can block your id but bad reviews will not delete any more ....... If bad reviews is fake and you are sure then may be Google will consider to remove them if you describe all things briefly.

Always reply to bad reviews in a polite and professional way. Try to fix the problem away from the internet if you can. This won't get rid of the review, but it will show people that you're quick to take action and that you take customer satisfaction seriously.

you can't directly remove negative reviews from Google Search. However, you can flag reviews that violate Google's policies (like spam or profanity) through Google My Business.

 

I don't think you can do anything about it. Provide great products and great customer service to avoid bad reviews.
