How to remove that "One" low paying ad being shown in "button" ?

    OK,

so I was getting lot's of 1 cent clicks and I decided to track it down which ad is causing this. What I did was I put seperate channels in all the "button ad unit" (that's what I am using on my site) and found one ad which is always giving 1 cent click. The problem is it's being shown at the top and getting highest clicks. So how can I remove it ?

    Regards

You could use the Competitive Ad Filter and enter the domain name of the ad that you dont want shown, this will remove all of their ads from being shown on your site.

So how do you know it's the right ad? What you see and what the visitor see isn't necessary the same thing. Maybe it's a geo-targeted ad, and you're seeing an ad that is completely different?

In any case, I've always thought filtering out ads was a foolish thing to do, as it depends on your belief that you know what would make you more money than Adsense do. Just remember that the more you make, the more Adsense makes, so does it make sense that they would voluntarily make themselves less money by serving you low-paying ads? Maybe you get those low-paying ads because they convert, and if you get high-paying ads, you won't convert as well, and in the end make even less money?

But anyways, just something to consider.

Its proabably an automated system and low paying ads can creep in sometimes. Of course, Google won't deliberately show low paying ads.
