how to resizeand write on multiple images ?

    What I would do would be to create a new Action (Window>Actions) where I manually resize an image, write the text and export it. Then on all other images I would only have to press a button to repeat this "action" without having to do it all over again.

    Irfanview allows you resize, crop, insert text and manipulate multiple images in batch mode.

    In Photoshop I just create a pattern with a low opacity, fill a new layer with the pattern I created and I am done. I am sure you could do some kind of batch processing or macro to automate this process in Photoshop but unfortunately have not messed with batch processing before.

    well i tried many programs i will try irfan also but i found useful tutorial here
    i did it this way but its boring i had to make 3 clicks for each image and that will not fit huge number of images
