How to save a specific filled in webpage for later use ?

    Dear people,

I am looking for an option to save a specific webpage / webform , which I already have filled in (inclusing the filled in textboxes and selected options), for later use. For example for plaing an ad.

Preferrably I would like to save it under a name I choose (example: save as test1.blabla)

So, for example when I fill in this specific webpage

(including text I have entered and selected checkboxes or options from dropdown boxes),

It looks something like this: [IMG]

I want to be able to save it for later use, just right before the point where I click on SEND or OK (in this specific case “Plaats uw advertentie”.

I have searched for this option on google but could only find autofill form options (where I automatically fill in a form with my standard contact information) but that is not exactly what I want.

Right clicking on a webpage and chosing for the option “save page as” does almost what I want. The problem with this option is that it does not completely save all my tekst and chosen options, so I can not click on the “ok / submit” button.

So does anyone know an app/website/option that can do this?

    Many thnx ahead.
