    When you understand that many people in the world do not have even a part of what you have, you are happy for every moment that life gives to you!..You want to wear Chanel, but someone in Asia wears the same dress for years, you are not satisfied with your legs, but someone do not have them at all.. an so on and so forth..if you remember it, you can be happy during all your life. .)))

    Our brain simply isn't built to be happy all day long. Emotions are actually just chemicals and signals in your brain. You have quite a few that controls your "happiness" (which is a term that is very hard to define), but dopamine is one of the major ones. The only way to feel happy all the time is to keep those levels high. The short answer is; it's impossible. But if you really want to do it, ultimately the only way is by hard using hard drugs all day long. That rarely works out though.
