    how much it cost to start CPA business website and for how much time i have to wait for making my CPA network popular !!!

    I think he mean't a CPA network like Pepperjam and not Certified Public Accountants firm :)


    For that you can first do one of the three following steps -
    1) develop a tracking system on your own with the site along with it.
    2) purchase dead networks and work on them
    3) buy a ready made script - http://www.hotscripts.com/category/php/scripts-programs/affiliate-programs/

    Next,

    1) find a good set of advertisers, contact them directly (that would be the best option)
    2) find a good set of publishers

    You must have enough capital to pay your affiliates whenever they generate a lead, and also you have to think of ways to turn those leads into profits, do you have a product or service in mind?
