    I want to be VCC Dealer...i have found entropay, To generate VCC..but VCC at entropay can't for Sell to Customer ?? Any Want have suggetions for me ?? That VCC for Verify Paypal or Ebay...
    I Will Start VCC Business..I have credit Card..I live at indonesia...

    Please Help me..

    You can try India bank.
    They allow you to generate VCC at fraction of the cost.
    But its more to quantity matter.

    i have same problem.. how to generate vcc from entropay? every time i create vcc card, it's took $20 from my cc :(

    If you want to create vcc's with entropay you must fund your first vcc with min. $100.
    Then create second vcc with first one and fund it with $95 then you will have $5 on your first.
    After that you can create third vcc with second one and fund it with $90 (then you will have $5 on you second vcc)
    You can repeat this proces until you have $20 on last vcc you created (you can buy something with it)
    Also you can use smaller amounts to left on VCC.

    if u r indian get a bank account with HdFC bank and u can create vcc for free with atm card or credit card
