How to stop an online predator from preying upon webmasters?

I recently started a thread - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=180161 - wondering why my domains over at RegisterFly were temporarily suspended. It got locked after the culprit came in and made an admission as to what he had done.

It seems that the most notorious online preaditor ever to prey upon members of webmaster message boards has reared his ugly head yet again, under yet another alias. I guess I can add this to his list of fake names he has used on other boards to scam unsuspecting victims: VideoVoyeur, Brian Hicks, ContentGod*, OAEN, Crypto, Hippidy, Lovematch, Virgins R Us, Megabondage, Disco_Stu, Adult Content Solutions, IRA_Webmaster, PKP, TheAdultBrowser, and MGibson.

On my page www.turboface.com/vv I have all the info compiled on him, up until last year. You won't be able to see this page for the moment because David has cried to RegisterFly and has gotten the domains that I have over there temporarily suspended - but I just uploaded the page here: http://www.imitationcreations.com/vv/

David, while you have temporarily inconvenienced me with a couple of my domains being down for a bit, you really should have considered the can of worms you have opened yet again for yourself. Many of the people you scammed on here are still active and have not forgotten your online crime spree that you have been on over the last couple years. As I see here - http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=677957 - you have been gone but not forgotten.

All I had to do was contact RegisterFly and tell them what was really going on and now all is well. You gotta give this guy an A for effort.
