how to "Twist" an object

    I would like to twist the image of a bird so that it looks like a towel when you are wringing out the water. I hope this makes sense.
    If some one can explain how or can do it for me I would be more than happy to pay some money and leave good reputation!
    But - send me an example first so I know your not BSing me - then I'll pay:)

    Well you can go to Filters > Liquify, and from there is a "Twist" tool which literally twists whatever you want. The technique is so basic I don't think posting a sample is necessary.
