    You should fix the header menu first, it hides a lot of the page and doesn't look very professional. If you got time/money, you should invest in custom design, because no one will use a simple 9GAG ripoff with different images.

    If you can't afford a new design simply get a template, Theme forest has plenty of Professional & Clean looking templates and most are at an affordable price. But yes it really does need to be cleaned up get that done first then spend all of your time simply on marketing your website via Social Networking sites via articles on forums such as here hey if you really like print out some flyers and pop them in some letter boxes around your Town/City.
