    hi,

its seems writing an article about an organisation in Wikipedia is too difficult. Most of the time the article will be send for speedy deletion.

Do u have any idea about how to write it ?

The most important things to consider:
    • Your article needs to be well researched. Your sources must be trustworthy, and any information you mention should be tagged with a "source", so that people know this article can be trusted.
      • Sources must be "third-party". If you're writing about, let's say, your rockband, then you can't use your band's blog as a source. You need somebody else's review of your concert. Something like that.
    • Your article must not be "promotional". It should be informative and written in an encyclopedic voice, not a narrative/journalistic/essay/promotional voice. Writing something that is "promotion" is the fastest way to get your article deleted and your account banned.
    • Your article must be formatted correctly. This one's quite difficult if you're not good with wikipedia editing. There are plenty of tutorials available online, and wikipedia added a "visual editing" function (it's in beta testing, I think), so take your time to format your article correctly.
Other than that, everything should be pretty simple. If it's a very big problem for you, then you can find someone to do it for you. There are plenty of ways to get an article up on wikipedia. Google it. For $100 you can get a well written, well formatted wikipedia article. The people will do the research for you and write in a way that will ensure that your article stays online.

The reason why most articles on organisations are deleted are that they are promotional, and YJunK covers this reasonably well.

Speedy deletion is a particular form of deletion that can appear to doom an article but there have to be reasonably strict criteria (you'll need to look that up on Google I'm afraid as I can't link these). They tend to be referenced by specific numbers (like G11) which can seem like a secret code and so overwhelming to a newcomer, but they are usually quite straightforward. There are three particular areas where commercial organisations seem to get in trouble:

    G11. Unambiguous advertising or promotion

The first is unsurprisingly "G11. Unambiguous advertising or promotion". To be speedily deleted they have to be exclusively promotional. A mainly promotional article can still be deleted through a deletion discussion, but putting something in that makes it less promotional is not going to do this. In fact the rule here says "An article about a company or a product which describes its subject from a neutral point of view does not qualify for this criterion." So try inserting some neutrality.

A7. No indication of importance (individuals, animals, organizations, web content, events)

This is about indicating importance, not proving it. So if you say "Foo webservices was the first copywriting company to advertise on FooBook" this may be ridiculous and may be untrue, but it is indicating importance. It is even better to be blatant about this, in that "Foo webservices became notable as the first copywriting company to advertise on FooBook". However I would say that game playing like this is probably going too far as if you are being ridiculous or untruthful you'll probably annoy an Admin and get deleted (rightly).

It is far better to think carefully about why the organisation is important and to state it plainly.

    G12. Unambiguous copyright infringement

This is the surprise entry. Copying the company website means that you are copying your own material, that material is under copyright, therefore you are infringing your copyright. You could put a disclaimer on the company website, but firstly that would probably be ignored, and secondly you would be advertising (see G12). Far better to rewrite.

    ------

I am a long standing Wikipedia editor, and I am rather upset by the anti-commercial bias on Wikipedia - which means that many companies are covered quite poorly, but I still think that there are some standards. Your organisation genuinely may not be notable and it may not deserve a place on Wikipedia - but I see quite a few notable organisations get deleted off because they think that Wikipedia is an extension of Yellow Pages. It isn't. Learn that and you'll (probably) be listed.
