1- Make your introduction catchy so that you get the attention of the reader

2- Be creative, intresting, and use visuals as well

3- Use front seizes e.g (bold and italics to stress your point), colour to make your content attractive and easy to understand

I agree with "arnoldsmithh" if you are using your keyword in content then it should also be optimized by keyword density.
one more important thing, when you finished your post then use social network link in bottom, so that user can bookmark or save these blog post.

How to write effective blogging? You mean effective as in turning out the visitors to buyers?

If that is the case, then I would concentrate on writing the title more effectively which will make a potential customer to click on it. Personally, I will spend a reasonable amount of time on the title.

Then, the introduction must be enticing and interesting enough for the visitor to stay on till the last paragraph...If in between the first and last paragraphs, you have 2 links which point to your money making site, then you have to make sure there are strong call to actions.
