    alexa lists the High Impact Search Queries for my website all wrong. I sincerely hope they dont see my site the way google does. How accurate / up to date is alexas "High Impact Search Queries"??

    alexa is good for knowing your website traffic. but alexa ranking also can be modified.
    if you want to know the exact keyword for incoming traffic to your website, you can use webstat if your hosting cpanel. or you can use google webmaster tool.
    i personally recommend using google webmaster tool to do this job
