    Well the main option is itself missing in the poll.....

    - Does it help your inner pages get index

    well my site was only a few week old and and once i had the site map up.
    all my pages were indexed in 2 days ...shot...30 odd pages

    For me it sure helps..

    Sitemaps are a good way to get indexed faster. It takes few days though.
