    The [WTB] you selected when you posted in the BST Templates section confused me. I've moved this to General Business.

    Ofcourse a good design helps... just as a person's clothes speak volumes about them. Would you trust your bank manager in torn jeans and a grubby tshirt? Would you expect a sports star to go onto the field in a business suit? Hell no. you expect them to be dressed appropriately. The same goes with websites. If your site is a personal blog you don't expect a state of the art template. If you're running an ecommerce site you expect a higher standard of presentation.

    If you have a good web layout design you can better determine how to make money. For example knowing where to place ads on website can dramatically increase your revenue stream in you place them in the right place.

    yes the website templates helps you for better visitors and good revenue. it presents your business clearly as a result more people re-back to your business site as a result your earnings and also sales increases from regular buyers

    I agree to your point. But the most confusing part is how to get traffic too my site. Have you visited my site.. i have some good designs but where is traffic ?????? Also back links are one of the toughest thing to get.

    Weird question, of course, having a good design wbsite can help your online business.
    It attracts the eyes of the visitors.
    If a site have a weird design, odd colors, ect, it is not inspiring at all, it is like they can't have a confidence with the site if its design is not very clean...
