    First of all someone told me this joke this morning:

    Two blondes talking:

    1:Is Belgium the capital of Germany?
    2:I dont know, im not a Biologist.

    and then i saw this video

    Its actually quite shocking. Even back in college while writing an economics coursework on EU 3 people out of 9 did not know where Poland was.

    I'm glad I don't live in New York... between that show and Jay Leno I'd never be able to sleep. I'd have to be constantly reading, afraid that the next day I'd be given a pop quiz that is aired on national television!

    I saw this program a few days ago that showed how many people in the US didn't even know where exactly was Iraq!
    Including 2 cops!

    Pretty unexpected, I would say. Iraq is so much talked about and I guess many of those that talk about it don't even know where it is exactly.

    Of course it was a rather lefty channel and they don't miss a chance to make Americans look silly, but I didn't expect that 2 cops couldn't locate Iraq on a world map!

    Is that realistic or do you think it was at least in part made up?
