    I hate going out on V Day...everything is so crowed.

    This year I decided I'd cook a yummy dinner at home. I picked flowers from the garden, lit some candles and threw on some Bjork. Then I made thai chicken and cabbage potstickers, toasted tofu skewers with peanut sauce, plus spinach and shrimp salad with lemon Dijon vinaigrette dressing. For dessert...truffles!

    YUMMMMMMMMMM! You can come cook for me any day. Sounds delicious!

    I made pasta (home made sauce, at least!), portabello mushrooms w/red peppers and brie, a huge salad, red wine, cheese and crackers and chocolate covered strawberries. My boyfriend is now fast asleep in my bed and I'm finishing off the desert wine (damn, Moscato is goooood!).

    I forgot about this thread.

    I went to dinner at Mitchells Fish Market. After a 45 minute wait, we finally got a table. I had live Maine lobster. I never had a whole lobster before, only lobster tail. Needless to say, I was disgusted because I didn't know they were going to bring a whole lobster slopped down on my plate...antenna and all. I almost sent it back but I didn't. That was the highlight of my (late) V-Day.
