Right now the ctr on this site is 1.5% I know myspace traffic sites usually yield a low ctr but 1.5% is really low. The site is CompleteMyspace.com. Thanks for your help.

Did you ever hear that saying

    "You can't polish a turd"

    Myspace traffic converts like crap....

    Pick a better niche.....

Great if you have lots of repeat visitors

For one of your 250 x 250 ads, try making it an image only ad and see how that goes (they tend to have better CTR when placed beside text only ads)

I'm getting well over 2000 clicks a day from the site. If I could increase my ctr to 2% I would gain an extra 250 clicks. I'm not looking for 10% or anything just an increase.

Yes - these type of sites do get HUGE traffic

What about monetizing with something different as well as adsene...

You might just be adsensed out, there are other things that can make that traffic turn into $$ a day easy....

That's not a bad ctr. I find that you have to experiment with each site. Yep, each of my sites is different and one way does not work for all of them. Try placement, color, surrounding text, etc. and keep track.

o.0 1.5% is really low. As long as you're ctr is legit you will be fine. I've seen users getting 30% ctr and never get the boot. Sure it draws some red flags but if it's legit it's legit. Anyways we're getting off topic here, I just wanted to know what you guys would do to increase ctr.

Im with Sundaybrew, diverisfy your income, go for some affiliate porgrams. Ring tones should do well with myspace.

While ur ad placement is moraly questionable it will get those ad unawear surfers. I wonder if msot visitors decide not to click on then just because of their deceiving placement?
