    well one good way to help in the SE that i know of is yahoo answers, but you need people to answer your questions for you. then that will help as long as you got a link in there.

    It's all about the backlinks. But, you need quality natural backlinks from quality sites that are ranked well in Yahoo already.

    this is the total mystery still to be solved that how yahoo crawl sites.
    I think that for yahoo u must have yahoo i.d.while Your submitting your site on any directory or somewhere else. And One more thing you must give some money to yahoo also ...lols..

    i heard , put url.txt file and ror.xml, yahoo pick the site quickly. i never did seo for yahoo. i just do for google, it also come up on yahoo and msn.
