How you keep track of those small transaction?

    I have been buying and selling a lot link but i found hard time to keep track on them. Either i let link sit on my site for free after the expiration date or guy removed link without notify me before the terms is over.

    how do you keep track on those thing? I tried excel but it aren't working well

    yea, but your diary can't be sort by date. Also i would like to have something that give me an alarm when term end.

    Whenever I complete a link deal, I will pop it in my cellphone to remind me when the links expire.

    I also go through a e-mail reminder service where they will send you an e-mail for a particular reminder. Just pop in "email reminder" and you'll find some sites.

    I always create my own tracking (notebook) software for such things
    It's much better and you can customize the way you want :)

    I keep mine in Spreadsheets, I check it daily and have it backed up constantly. I'm testing using Google Spreadsheets for that purpose as well. I use calander reminders and never miss a date.
