High Yield Interest Program in theory would pay you higher than standard interests, usually beyond what is normally possible in real life. But in reality, HYIP are just pyramid schem (scam), they entice people to invest in them for a high profit and by doing so, will encourage more payout. It will collect payments from new customers and use that to pay out the old ones. Hoping that people when seeing the high payout would be enticed to put in more money.

However, in the long run when the pot dries out, the HYIP program will end. If you are in since the beginning you may be able to cash out part or all your capital and may make a tidy sum. But if you are somewhere in the middle or the last to join, you will lose.

Most HYIP will use currency like e-gold where all payments are final and transactions are anonymous. So it is a high risk thing, use with caution. HYIP are not capital protected too.

If you want to try, invest in what you are willing to lose.

stay away.....even with sites that track these programs you can see how it can be great one day...and they are gone with your money the next...ive seen sites run away with thousands of $$$...and the ones that attract alot of attention usually get shut down by the govt.

    trust me....stay away....
    the motto of hyips....
"dont invest more than what you can afford to lose"....

I used to do these, and I have to say that you need to stay away from them. The entire industry is pretty much dying. Some of the strong ones used to be able to survive (mainly by investing in other HYIPs). Once the strong ponzis inevitably failed, all the little ones died too.

High Yield Investments Program are extremely profitable, but without knowing the industry and which programs to invest in you'll most likely lose your money. Knowledge is one of the major keys to success in the HYIP arena.

Before investing in a specific program, do some research on it. Does the website look professional? Do they provide any contact information? Where are they based? Check this out before making a final decision.

Sometimes High Yield Investment can tend to be very much like gambling. And yes, it is very much about luck and about finding the right programs. However, if you follow the advice given above you'll dramatically increase the chances of winning the game.

Don't spend into a program until you know : how deep the water is that you're diving into
