I am about to open up a few proxies...need advice

    I know they arn't bandwidth hogs so, can I host them all on one server or account....say register 1 account for hosting with 50 gigs of bandwidth, and register domains for each....but keep them all on one acount.
    1 more question...can I cloak the url to show say....www.mywhateverproxy.com
    instead of www.<my hosting account/url>.com/proxy1

    I've ran a few sucessfull ones in the past, and without knowledge of them i hosted it on a standard hosting account, and it was soon hitting one million page views a day and i was forced to sell up. So it all depends how many visitors yours get's, i wouldn't recommend running it on a server with your other websites they cause horrible CPU load!

    It is pretty pointless buying hosting for it as the host will most likely kick you off, but id try a VPS if its a new website... and for your other question im not too sure :D
