    I am looking for suggestion that would help me to develop a E-Learning solution. Also, would like to know what features or key points I should consider while pitching this solution in market as good business and learning tool.

    You should first take a look at already existent LMS/LCMS (learning [content] management systems) like Moodle, ATutor, OLAT, ELMS, SAKAI and so on.
    Then integrate some modern features like support for videos, live streaming and video conference for distance learning.
