    hey no need to be shy everyone has to start somewere. To get almost immediate traffic and to get your website noticed check out

    onlywire

    google it to get the site then i suggest you follow the on screen forms and submit your site there its totally free which makes it better.

    I would look at pingoat.com . Once you register on there for all the different bookmarking sites, all you need to do is use pingoat to let those sites know that you have updated your blog.

    No need to be shy also. Go ahead and leave comments on other blogs (relevant meaningful comments) and you will start to see traffic to your blog, out of curiosity at least.
