I came across this site, and his adsense is so well blended!

Yeah, I've seen sites like that before. This one is indeed very nicely blended, but I'm not sure if it violates the TOS. I remember that part of it says that the ads cannot be misleading, and I think this fits into that category.

That is without a doubt violated the TOS, no border between the ad and the pic, and very misleading.

very well blended indeed. I think he IS violating the rules as the ads are very misleading .. they look very like the other game links.

I don't know... it's not so much misleading as it is camouflaged amongst the others.

The only potential problem I see is that there is no border between the pic and the ad block.

I wouldn't think that the picture itself is a problem only because Google states that pictures are not allowed if they draw attention to the ads, ie/ unnatural attention... but that's not the case here because ALL other links also have similar pictures.

I don't know, I'd say it's borderline but probably ok... only Google can say for sure.

So do you mean that if we put images along with adsense, so that the images make people click the ads. This is against the TOS of google adsense?

An example would be mmmmm something like www.pagerank6.info

I have seen people putting all sorts of images!!

I don't see a violation here, there are plenty of sites using this technique.
The design is not drawing any unusual attention to the ad.

Yes, with the key phrase being "so that the images make people click the ads."

The site you mentioned isn't as bad as many others, but yeah, you are right about lots of people violating TOS.

I'm 99% sure that this is a violation. I've seen other sites use this exact placement, ask Google about it, and get told they can't do it.

Definately very well blended into the website! I have seen other sites that do blend it in as well as this, but not sure if it violates Google's TOS or is fine.

There is a lot of debate over this topic, and from what I've found on various message boards and websites, the opinion seems to be split 50/50. Some people have e-mailed AdSense reps about this and gotten the OK where others got denied. I'll have him contact AdSense to make sure he doesn't get banned without warning.

It really does seem unfair to me, though, because some people get away with it when others don't.

That's interesting. For the most part I think the owner did a good job of integration.
