I Got My Godaddy Account Locked ! .. How I Can Open It ??

    hello everybody !!

    i am having a 2 hosting accounts and 6 domains from godaddy.com ! .. i got a mail form them said that i got 1 of my domains and hosting suspended ! then i got anther mail said that i got all my domains suspended and account locked ! ..

    one of my domains was for hacking! . i didn't know that they dont allow that.
    but all my others domains are not having any problem !!
    one of my domains is getting 5000+ visor per day!

    can any one help me and tell me how i can get my account back ! .. i don't want my hacking sites back , i just want my clear sites only ! .. just 2 domains and 1 hosting that they didn't suspended it!!..

    please anyone tell me how to get account reactivated ..??

    i did , i called them so many times and they said send an email !! .. then i just send then email but i didn't get any reply..

    Godaddy's response for an email isn't quick, I think you should wait for now, godaddy will answer it in 3 days (Which is the amount of days I've waited for their reply for my email). If you still didn't get any reply send them another email.

    Not sure how this is going really be any good regardless, because of the reputation already built by the bad sites you owned. I`d try to explain on starting fresh, with customer service, and your new to the whole internet scene, and play dumb about it.

    I suggest you contact Godaddy customer support again by email. Make a formal letter. Include in your letter your desire to get your "Good" domains back. If you don't care about the "Hacking related" domain, then state that in your email. Just be polite in doing so.. Perseverance goes a long way. I wish you good luck!

    So, the solution is sending them a copy of your ID proof- Driving License and call them up explaining your problem :)
