    There is a huge project a 1/4 mile from my apartment. They are building a new ferry dock and reshaping the mountain I live on which overlooks a nice little bay, St. John and the British Virgin Islands.
    For the 3rd day this week, the heavy construction, on my little ferry dock has started at 6:45. It noisy as hell, wakes everybody up, is generally unpleasant...
    Whatever, progress. But they have stopped work each morning at 7:15. I could deal if the worker bees did it all day, all night even....But for 30 minutes...ugh.
    I wake up on my own by 7...but waking up to bulldozers, cranes, dumptrucks, earth movers...makes me want to growl. What a miserable way to start the morning.
    I hope this guy chokes on his bullhorn.
