    i have 2 new domains whats the best CMS to use?

    i need multilingual pages,
    i need user upload images to user gallery accounts
    i need a chat system, i have flash chat,
    i need to sort pages in my order, (so phpnuke is ruled out)
    any help? or any links some some sites that are using anything i might find useful?

    Joomla can do all that.
    - use Joomfish component for multilingual
    - there are a lot of gallery and chat components, no problem here
    - sort? not sure what you mena, you can sort by date, hits etc... or make your own order.

    There's bound to be one that's just right for your needs.
