I think you are doing one thing wrong, and thats putting too much ads up. You have 3 text ads Plus a search bar and a large graphic banner. You need to fix that, replace the graphic banner with something more useful (content related not just about earning money), get rid of the text ad and the search bar that are shown before even the content, and just leave the two text ads that are sitting at the side. It could do 2 things, Make your content more appealing, and not scare your customers away. In my mind it looks like your site isnt about "books4medicine" and more about you, and thats something you shouldnt be doing. Even if its right, make the viewer think your there to serve them and give them what they need.

And just a small notice, Isnt't Having more than 3 adsense ads on one page against googles rules?

 

Your website is nothing but a piece of MFA spam crap. What useful purpose does it serve by being on the web? Anyone accidentally landing there will surely hit the back button. Invest some time & effort into the design & content. Make the website useful, then you will get clicks. I hope Google soon has the technology to weed out all of these sites & display only PSA's.

 

Content is key. Maybe if you added some useful information, users would be more likely to stay longer at your site.

 

Work on the design and blend the ads a little better!
