i have an image hosting site that Generating good revenue , how can i develop it ?

hi all
i have an image hosting site that Generating good revenue around monthly $ 150 .
the site design looks suck + ads places in bad location .

so, i make a contract with some guy to redesign it again , and places ads in good locations.


Now i want to know what shall i add in my image hosting site features that can increase revenue ????

adding some scripts ??? or some features that increase the number of visitors ??

It'll be better if you look what your competitors are doing in the same niche. Check out their sites and do some "spying" on them, check their stats on alexa and see how much traffic they are getting and from where, and you'll get some good ideas for the improvement of your site.

 

I would just smarten the design up, make it easier to use. Make it more viral so it grows more.

Yeah, there are too many image based websites already. You have to make it different if yo uwant it to be succesful.

Best one which can't be beaten is wallbase.cc

 

if you earn with adsense or ppc then :
- avoid big change of the site
- make more and more traffic

cuz current design is very suck and site earning daily around $4

more over , i get daily around 3500 visit with only 20 clicks .
its very low average of clicks i think
