    Which other forum would you recommend that might come close to our very own DP. I have tried few other forums on adsense and google, but dint find any worth.

    Honestly, Ive hopped around but nothing compares. This forum is new everyday. If you dont act like a dumbass people treat you well. Im a newb in the web business and have always felt comfortable here, this is not found in too many places.

    DP in my opinion is simply the best, none other compare.

    I am a real good example here. Back when I first got in to reading the seo foums and posting I was always one to speak my mind whether good or bad. On other forums I got ban for speaking my mind. Here Shawn allows you to speak your mind as long as you are not disrespectful to others. This forum is also not as political as most of the others. Its not who you know here on DP but whether you can respect others. IMHO that says a lot about this forum and the direction it is going. Thanks to all who have in the past put up with my mouth...;)

    Those are also goods forums, lady78. mdev05, do you really want to try other forums OR are you just looking for confirmation that you are in the right place to begin with?

    It's tough to compare anything to DP. It's arguably fastest growing forum on the net. I personally have found EVERYTHING I need (and some) right here...from humor to technical, from good conversation to bad and everything in between.

    I do want to try few other forums. You are right. But I have been using this forum for quite some time. I guess for more than 3months now. I am no stranger to this forum.

    I dont waste 15-18hrs everyday being on this forum, you see....

    The reason you haven't got a lot of responses (ladys post wasn't a spam in case you didn't realize that was what people were hinting at) is because many of the authority forums that would have once been reccomended aren't as good as they used to be.

    A lot of them have tried to copy DP with no success. I can think of a few that I used to like that although heavily moderated contained a LOT of info. Unfortunately they got greedy and lost all their really good posters.

    DP has a great General Chat but if thats not your thing, the SEO and Webmaster sections have all the info you need.

    Its a perfect mix that isn't available anywhere else. Sitepoint is still not bad though. The charge to list hurt them a bit as Buy/Sell/Trade is still free here :D

    Oh and BTW DP is not the end all be all, it's actually nice to get out of the "bubble" and smell the roses, there are other places online while maybe not as informative, are just as enjoyable, and not so green.

    A change of scenery is actually a nice thing.
