i like adwords better

i've been using adwords for a little bit and then decided to give searchmarketing.yahoo.com a try just for kicks. i didn't like how they figure up the monthly budget then deduct it all at once. of course thats what i get for hurrying through the registration too.

to be fair though i called them up and they were very helpful. they let me cancel my account and are giving me a full refund. i saw a thread earlier about a guy who felt he was getting scammed by them. this could very well be true but they were very cooperative with me. i put a 5 dollar a day budget and had 150 dollars taken out. they told me they are keeping 5 bucks for a set up fee which is fine i understand. in the next day or so my refund should go through, if it doesn't come i'll post on here again.

I have found that the Yahoo support
    is much better than Google's.

I just don't see why it has to be a one
or the other deal. Use both to get the
    most exposure.

I think it is too, however Google are very good if you call them up on the phone because they work faster in getting your ads up then rather than just contacting them by e-mail which can be a little bit of a problem.

Adword and YSm combination will give you big percentage of the market, so why don't use both.

I think Yahoo is not too bad except it takes some getting used to.

We've been so used to Adwords, its interface and the way it works that it's not surprising we are evaluating Yahoo based on our view of Adwords.

I still use Yahoo because I feel the competition is a lesser, maybe because they are asking for a min cpc of $0.10.

I'm actually used to Yahoo and I like how you can pay in advance. I wish AdWords would offer that option.

Yeah, Yahoo is a bit difficult, but if you want to be a BIG success in this field, you must use both, and use MSN Adcenter (even though it's traffic is low). When I start a new campaign, I like to to test run my ads initially on Yahoo and then if it's successful there, I will run on Google

i use adwords and adwords is great, i tried yahoo for a while, and %50 of my traffic came from the middle east and europe! they said it's because anyone can access yahoo.com, the USA version and click on ads. i wasted so much money, i pulled the plug on yahoo soon after that.

What do you mean pay in advance, who are you paying? You should be the one getting paid for these programs? I'm confused

EDIT: ahhh... I see they're advertising for you?

I like the Adwords user interface, it's much eaiser to use. I just tried YSM Panama, however, it's conversion is indeed better. The User Interface of YSM Panama is so fancy. However, it's not so easy to use as Adwords from my point. Haven't tried Adcenter, is it easy to use too?

Yahoo doesn't seem to want to work with small accounts. They make it more difficult to run small campaigns with low bids.

ohh i love yahoo panama more more more than adwords. whatever they say, they are very expensive. They want you to spend a lot of money first b efore they can give you a small amount of MIN CPC.
