I joined here in 2010 to prove someone a scammer and recently came back to warn staff of another, thought I would hang around here as it's now XenForo a script I love, Posted in a sales thread I was interested in, decided it wasn't for me and told the owner of the site to hold onto it and grow it more so it's worth the price he was asking.

All off a sudden I get bombarded with swearing and even derogatory comments about my mother, Reported the thread twice, nothing done, congratulations DigitalPoint.

I admit I swore back, but I never went as far as creating fake accounts as the user in question to make comments about their mother.

Appears you can scam who ever now and treat each other however you like as the staff won't do anything about it.

Pretty glad I never bothered to become a full time member here, I also won't be trying to help you guys anymore, if I see a scammer here I'll just grab popcorn.

These are the types of petty squabbles in which I find myself wishing that both participants could lose.

 

The messed up part is I had reported the thread over four days ago, I came in as an interested party but told him it wasn't worth his current price which multiple other users had done.

I also pointed out that the user had violated the terms of buying the theme he was using, He had removed the copyright url which costs $50 to do, He then proceeded to swear and be rude and even lie. yes I could have stopped responding and I would have but I won't let some kid accuse me of something I am not, I reported it and the staff neglected to do anything.

I again, I have reported the thread TWICE in 4 days, I got a damn trophy saying a staff member dealt with it but that's clearly not the case.

My point of posting this is to make the staff do their job, you don't let users get away with the rubbish this user done.

If I swore at a staff member I'd be instantly banned, this user turned nasty as he didn't like what was said and you can see my original post wasn't rude it was stating facts and even asking questions.

DigitalPoint needs to sort their staff or this site will soon be dead. :/

Have you seen yourself? You're going around attempting to give information which you think is me. You're trying to dox me, finding all you can about me. You're taking this to a personal level. Lots of people make negative comments, people in that thread did too. You take it a step further, and you continue to do so.

You find it amusing to "troll me"? I find it amusing to see your posts. Acting so hard in that thread, while so petty here. Stop being two faced, and you'll get somewhere. You can't accept responsibility for your actions. At least I can. But then again, that's the main difference between us. When I'm asked for ID I show my drivers licence. When you're asked for ID, you show your POP card. And if you live "an hour away from me" you should know what that is.

wat, not doing moderative actions will not kill Digital Point. There's only one way this site will die, and that's if its taken down. You don't understand forum growth and development at all.

Firstly, I was actually an interested buyer, but you started being rude, I did not say one bad thing to start, I asked about the copyright issue to which you told me to "fuck off out of my thread" alarm bells rang, I dug for info to see if you were a scammer, that's what any interested buyer would do.

It was you who took it to a personal level, I asked if you were 12 years old the way you responded to a potential buyer, you respond "You are the WORST seller I've seen in my life." "YOU ARE BY FAR THE MOST RETARDED PERSON I'VE EVER FUCKING MET."

It'll scare the proper webmasters away, it'll keep people such as yourself which is worthless traffic i.e killing the site.

Again, I've run forums with 10 members to owning a network with 250,000 members combined, I know how things work, lol.

I'm pretty sure anybody who reads your sales thread can see who started it.
