    Hello,

    I am new to web design and development, I just want to learn more about it. I am a law student and want to start an e learning course about html etc.
    I found two different but both promising models.
    Should I register for a free trial with this personal IT tutor that sounds affordable or should I choose a main stream distance learning school?

    This fellow looks credible, though a bit of a concern was that I could not find any reviews of him or his CloudTutor courses. But he offers a 15-day free trial that you should sign up for. You should have a feel after two weeks of courses as to whether it is going to be what you need. You can always fall back to the established organization if that does not work out.
