    Recently I browse around but cannot find a tutorials to create an image like attached, bunch of them around, dont know which one, so anyone know any tutorials how to create an image like this ??

    Step 1: Download Gimp (gimp.org) - open source clone of photoshop

    Step 2: create a new file, choose the dimmesions (pixels), etc.

    Step 3: Select a color (or two if you want to mix them up)

    Step 4: pick the Gradient tool, and drag it over that white image.

    Step 5: save the file in any format you want, Gimp supports a LOT of formats

    The effect will be exactly the one from the image if you pick the right colors.

    My advice, try gimp.

    Fireworks has a diagonal pattern that would match that nicely.
