    y u no do it?

    Advertising (learn more)

    Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

    Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

I really seem to have a problem I guess :(

    Hi guys,

    me and my partner recently opened our newest project. A free hosting website with no forced ads no ... hey but you can see that if you are interested. back to my google.

    As you can see the front page ads are about blogs :( That is because at first the first cell (left - up) was about blogs and this was the first text the bot got to see I guess.

    It's changed now for about 10 days !! What else can I do so that I can influence the ads to show hosting/domains/etc ads ? I have even added the the google_ad_section. Still nothing.

    What do you guys think of that !?

    PS: what about the ad placements ?

    Thank you very much

    I suggest you co create another channel, and use it for your ads. Normally, the ads would be related to the current content of the site (which is hosting-related).

    possible solution:

    rename index.php to index2.php

    create another index.php with this code:

    <?
    header("Location: index2.php");
    die();
    ?>

    PHP:
    Because index2.php has not been analyzed by Adsense, the ads will be about the new content. You will probably be able to go back in a few days.

    You can replace index2.php with default.php, main.php or whatever you wish

    ps. Take advantage of Budly and sign-up now for free. The sign-up link takes you to the main page, not to the sign up form.

    ps2. I've just noticed you still have "blog" on your page :

    Put that line between these two lines so that blog will be skipped by adsense:
    <!- google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) ->
    <!- google_ad_section_end ->

    Maybe the ads will then show ok. See my post about a similar problem here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=656560
