I there a difference between a 'blogger' and a 'writer'?

    Sorry I know this may seem like a stupid question but I was recently talking about my content staff to a client and he seemed to be saying that a blogger is not the same as a writer :confused:.....is this true? If so, what is the difference???

    I guess yes, because blogger not always writes by himself.
