I think my placement is good...

This is a website I was trying to sell on Sedo for a few months but decided to make it an adsense monetized blog since Sedo wasn't getting much action at all. I think my ad placement is good because I already got a click before I finished creating the template and setting the blog up. If anyone has an idea on how I can improve, I'm open to suggestions. The one visitor that came while I was still finishing the template came from technocrati and a lot of traffic used to come from the blog sites like that. A large amount of traffic also comes through SEs without even having backlinks and what not (stats). Anyway, I placed the ads where I think they'll get maximum exposure for the one-time visitors clicking through. I don't expect a lot of repeat visitors.

Front page looks good, subpages not so good.

    My opinion, at least

Thanks. I was unsure about how I should handle individual pages.

Looks good but with the traffic you have it won't matter.
You've got to get more traffic somehow

Thanks for the feedback. I've made the suggested changes and I also plan on making the header about half the height it is now so more content will show when the page is loaded. As far as traffic goes, I'm thinking(hoping) it will build back up naturally like it did before I moved the domain to sedo.
