I have register a blog http://anthonylait.blogspot.com/ and I am trying to get Google ads to it. The blog is about Real Estates and I have good rating from Google search bar, unfortunately I don`t get any relative ads but only Public Service. Can you help me?

No. You'll have to wait a few days. Ads take a while to settle down and become relevant.

Edit: Actually I do know the problem - I bet you registered for AdSense through Blogger, right? Well it takes a few days to get approved - in the meantime these PSAs are displayed. You should be contacted by AdSense shortly. Incidentally, are you interested in property or is this just a cash making exercise?

Yup! The first ads that will appear in your site are Public Service. It takes some time before relevant ads show up.

just some random advice. If you want to get the best ads you may want to focus your blog to just one topic. Start a few other blogs for your other topics. That way you get relevant ads all the time and you will get users who are interested. If you get real estate people the XML, PHP, etc will turn them off and visa versa. Have a different blog for each topic and i think you will get better results...

Getting people that want to read about real estate are almost never educated or interested in many other topics. They are barely willing to be searching for their new home or info online, so dont confuse them

how long is it that your ads are live?...

sometimes its just takes time...i never got any public ads myself...maybe its in your content...

add more content and images and try adding alt and title tags for your links and images...
