    I really do. You don't have to be on time, you can make your clients wait for months on end to get the job finished and then charge $1,500+ for the job. Makes me sick. And come to find out that I'm not even getting the real (good) gas!

    This guy, last time took SIX MONTHS to complete a root canel lol SIX MONTHS.

    This time (need to lay off the pepsi lol) I went in on the 3rd of december, tell them I need to get in QUICK because I could not take my shot for my arthritis while I am having dental work done. Stupid (brain dead I swear) lady at the desk says sure, We will get you in ASAP. She says, We won't need to make an appointment for you since we will call you very soon to get it taken care of...

    I JUST got a call this morning! lol she says you can come in today at 2, I'm like its been a friggin month again what was the hold up? She didn't have an answer but did say I would get a 5% discount since its some "short call"

    I said it should be 50% since you made me wait so long again lol. Anyway. $1500 bucks, I would be fine with it if the gas they call "No fear gas" was the good stuff but they aren't licensed for that.

    Not sure how to take all that!

    Here in the UK it is now almost impossible to get an "NHS" dentist (National Health Service - not free dental work, but subsidised) and even getting a private dentist can be hard work.

    However, I needed an emergency appointment on Christmas Eve (had an absess so was prescribed anti-biotics). Total charge £11.75 (about $20).

    I will either need a root canal filling, or an extraction. Neither will cost more than about £30 (about $50). I do have to wait until Feb 10th though!

    Edit: The figures quoted take into account that I don't get subsidised prices as I am a private patient, not NHS

    Well, Just got back from the dentist and was talking with the assistant and she said there was one about 30 miles away that sounded better then this guy lol She said he even give you pills that knock you out. Sounds fun lol
