    Control your eating habits first of all and secondly do some exercise that suits you regularly. It could be as light as you wish but do it on a regular basis.

    It's very easy. Just eating less in the evening. Morning meal and lunch will be burn by your movement activity. Dinner will going to sleep with you and accumulate in your body day after day. This we can say "Input".

    Do you like exercise? You have to go for swimming, jogging, walking, bicycling, fitness.. It's said "Output"

    Conclusion: Less input + Make an output = Slim.

    Do regular exercise. Yoga is very good and very natural. Hit gym if you need to seriously reduce your weight. Remember consistency is more important here because 80% leave the gym within first 3 months.

    just remember that it will take a lot of time and effort so persistence is very important. diet is just as important as going to the gym. high protein, healthy fats, limited carbs (salmon, white fish, greek yogurt, whey powder, avocados, raw cashews and almonds, raw dried mangos, yams, broccoli, eggs, egg whites - just to name some essentials).

    High Intensity Interval Training is probably the most effective cardiovascular training you can do (http://www.simplyshredded.com/fit-with-hiit-science-is-dropping-the-hammer-on-endless-bouts-of-steady-state-cardio.html)

    And don't forget to lift some weights :)
