for a video site the lowest investment is to buy a domain name with go daddy then go with a host like pacific host (google them) and then sign up with video swiper .com . my site adult hub movies.com has over 200k movies and most are not stored on my server so the bandwidth is low. with pacific host u can use video swiper to send actual movie files to ur server but try not to store more than a few hundred, use their embed server to really fill up your site and then get a lot of relevant ads on there. promote ur site on twitter and other websites and u should see traffic take off. then you can start worrying about the real hassles of promoting an adult site.
