    Google is the best friend for all. Just google it what you want. Also the info provided by the creator is very less for the newbie starting the business. Lot more has to learn before jumping into this business.

    Friendly customer support, fast pre-sale (and also post-sale -- you want your customers referring friends and family) support, something that sets you apart from you competitors (i.e. price, delivery speed, quality, unreleased/exclusive products) and you definitely have to have an extraordinary knowledge in the product(s) you're selling.

    Then don't get scammed. Don't buy anything without actual real reviews/testimonials. As well, most anything you want to learn can be found for free. Stay away from eBooks in most cases.
