    i am thinking to launch a small webhosting business locally in my city ..

    I need all ur help regarding this .. i want to make a website for this fulfilling each and every aspect ..

    i mean for billing , support , who is , doamin registeration , paypal , net banking and all

    some thing like what all hostagator has..

    can u tell me where to start with this ..

    pls help..
