    but i have 40 vistors a day !! not a good traffic
    how do i get more traffic ???
    40 vistors and one click a day every click 20 cent yasterday i have click 43 cent
    thats too bad that i have no traffic

    You can try to remove the top adsense square box and add in small adsense block in each post. Those small boxes blend and perform pretty well with blogs :)

    As for your traffic, try to increase your 'Adsense' keywords in your front page :)

    I think the banner across the top should be replaced with a wide skyscraper at the end of your site-map.
