    Ive been doing business with idc land group for a the last 10 months now. As their name suggests they sell land with the potential for development. so far i have purchased four one acre plots. they say to hold on to the plots and wait for planning. I spoke to their solicitors CCW LLP about the planning application, they have informed me that the planning process was started back in 2002. Now the site that i have bought into had planning for 21 holiday home back in 1978. Out of the four plots that i have purchased, i have sold three at a profit of 8%. That's not bad business considering i only held them for 7 months. I have been investing in the stock market for 20 years and I've made some good money in the past, but its always been a struggle. i certainly think that the land market is were i will be putting my money from now on.
