    Hi guys,

I'm pretty experienced in running communities and such, but I've never done a major video-game one. I want to set up a site for soon-to-be-released game.

What would be the best Content Management system for running a gaming site that for now would just feature a screenshot gallery, some links to previews etc., and maybe some short articles, but be able to later expand to feature things like files for the game, a forum, user-uploadable screenshot gallery, etc. while still SEO-friendly.

I have looked at Drupal and Joomla right now, ( and would prefer to stay away from *nuke derivatives if possible)... any suggestions or input before I get started?

I would say your best bet would be Joomla or Mambo.
