Idiot spamming my directory

Wow, I just got a bunch of BS submitted to my site. Some idiot sent a bunch of listings for urls like wilmington.de.house.info, memphis.tn.house.info, wilmington.de.house.info, etc. About 50 like that.

Just took me a couple of keystrokes to delete all his trash. Do people really believe that we as directory owners will list this kind of garbage?


Hope the rest of you don't get hit by this loser also

 

We get some.... on some days a few but it is easy to delete.

 

I think you're finally ready for that DMOZ editor position, fryman... I suggest you apply now and include a link to this thread as a sample of how you can help them.

Remove all then. Noone wants to get listed in your directory.
You invite people to list sites, to get more pages and increase your PR (and yes this would happen). If you are not happy contact the person who submit them and either warn or request link back or money.
People who can't distinguish spam and nonspam are idiots.

When we are submitted to, we are spammed.
