    I am an ordinary person, NOT a PPI firm, I must first stress that---you don't need them----------DO IT YOURSELF
    I did and completed the questionnaire which is very simple to do, after about 8 weeks I got a letter informing me I was due a refund of over £52000

    This was from Barclaycard

    So don't sit back and think, I will get nothing---------if you are self employed in the UK, there is every chance that you are owed money from whichever credit card(s) you have
