    i wanted to know, how much should a site, making 1k+ a month fetch me?

    the site makes its cash via hosting offers

    traffic is almost negligible from google, its all creative google safe marketing.

    this is NOT an offer for sale, i know, sites section is for that.

    wanted to know a value for my website, so i know how to increase it in value ( value is NOT equal to price)

    and as per my understanding, websites sell for 8-12 times the revenue because of uncertainty of Google algorithm, not sites like these, which are independent of Google algorithm updates.
